Econdor provides community-centered, Indigenous-led, and rights-based services that support healing, ethical research, education, fieldwork, and international engagement. All services are delivered with respect for Indigenous self-determination, collective consent, data sovereignty, and long-term accountability to communities.

Rehabilitation &Therapy Support

Econdor provides trauma-informed, non-clinical rehabilitation and therapy support for individuals and communities affected by personal, collective, intergenerational, or historical trauma. Services are designed to support grounding, emotional regulation, resilience, and long-term well-being, with careful attention to safety, consent, and cultural context. Support may include sound-based and vibrational practices that use frequency and resonance as tools for grounding and reflection. These practices are offered in a non-directive manner and are adapted to the comfort, readiness, and needs of individuals or groups.

Education, Training & Facilitation

Econdor offers education, training, and facilitation for organizations, institutions, and community groups seeking to engage ethically with Indigenous Peoples and rights-based approaches.
Topics include cultural safety, trauma-informed practice, Indigenous rights, and decolonial frameworks.Sessions are designed to support critical reflection, institutional accountability, and meaningful change. Content is adapted to context and developed with respect for Indigenous knowledge holders and community-defined priorities.

Fieldwork & Community Engagement

Econdor conducts long-term, relationship-based fieldwork rooted in trust, reciprocity, and community-defined goals. This includes participatory field research, community consultations, listening circles, and on-the-ground engagement shaped by local protocols and leadership.Fieldwork is not treated as extraction. Communities determine the scope, pace, and outcomes of engagement, and participation may be revised, paused, or withdrawn at any time. Knowledge generated through fieldwork remains under community authority.

United Nations (UN) Engagement & International Advocacy

Econdor supports Indigenous communities, organizations, and civil society actors in engaging with United Nations human rights mechanisms and international advocacy spaces. Services include guidance on participation, preparation of statements or submissions, and strategic support for international engagement. Econdor does not speak on behalf of communities without authorization. Representation and advocacy are guided by consent, accountability, and self-determined priorities, ensuring that international engagement remains grounded in local realities and responsibilities.
